If you would like to return your order, please contact us and we will talk you through the returns process.

Please do not send your kit back to our registered address, we will not receive your return and will be unable to process your refund.

For orders placed through our EU website and shipped to Switzerland, we are unable to provide a prepaid return label.

If you wish to return an item from Switzerland:

• You will need to purchase your own return shipping label

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable

• Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] before sending your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions

Once we have received the parcel, we'll process the return and issue a refund within 14 days.
